Hey there! At The Stacked Enchilada we’re all about food innovation and the best ingredients. Our foundation and inspiration comes from our roots, our Grandmother Emma, whose cooking was cultivated by Spanish, Mexican and American culture. Growing up we had the pleasure of enjoying and learning to re-create some of her best recipes!

The Stacked Enchilada is a concept developed by Us: two sisters, a brother and the love and support of dear friends and family along the way!
